Following high school, John embarked on a journey of service and knowledge by joining the Marine Corps. He delved deep into the intricacies of all motor transport engines, transmissions, and drive train components. As a part of the esteemed 4th Echelon or “Spec Shop,” he honed his skills in working with renowned brands such as Caterpillar, Detroit, and Cummins engines.

Upon his honorable discharge, John’s thirst for expertise led him to the Universal Technical Institute (U.T.I.), where he studied Automotive and Diesel. His commitment to excellence propelled him to participate in specialized programs, including Ford F.A.C.T., Cummins Engines, and Cummins Power Systems.

Equipped with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience, John embarked on a career working with major Construction and Forestry equipment. However, his true passion for agriculture beckoned him back. Joining a prominent agricultural equipment company as a field service technician, John combined his childhood passion for farming and his love for equipment repair.
